We believe all doctrine in this dispensation of the grace of God in Christ Jesus must be consistent with the seven doctrinal imperatives given by the Holy Spirit to New Testament churches through the apostle Paul as outlined in Ephesians 4:4-6:
"There is one body, and one Spirit,
even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all,
who is above all, and through all, and in you all."
We believe that men are saved by the grace of God alone, through faith alone, in the Lord Jesus Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8, 9).
We believe that the purpose of all true Believers who, together, represent the Body of Christ, the true Church, is and ever will be to return all glory to God alone in all that they do (Ephesians 1:11, 12).
We believe that the salvation received through God's grace by faith in the finished cross-work of Jesus Christ is eternally secured through Christ's atoning work and His intercession on behalf of the believer before God's throne, and cannot be lost by any means (John 3:16; John 6:37-40; Romans 8:14-17; Ephesians 1:13, 14).
We believe that God has revealed Himself and His will through the original manuscripts which He inspired, "breathing" His own words into the writings of divinely chosen men through the work of His own Spirit (2 Peter 1:19, 20).
We believe that God's words are contained in those Bible versions which have been faithfully and literally translated from the original inspired manuscripts so that, in these, we have, in fact, the revealed word of God. We utilize the King James Version of the Bible primarily, but are not participants in the "King James Only" movement.
We believe that unregenerate man cannot understand the Word of God, that it is spiritually discerned through the teaching work of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth, who dwells within all true Believers (Romans 8:9; 1 Corinthians 2:14; John 14:16, 17).
We believe that all born-again Believers receive the Holy Spirit when they are baptized into the body of Christ by the Spirit the moment they truly believe (1 Corinthians 12:13; Ephesians 4:5).
We believe that it is God's desire that every Believer be "filled with" and "walk in" the Spirit which is accomplished by personal obedience and submission to the instructions and doctrines given in the Bible as it is rightly divided. (Ephesians 5:18; Galatians 5:16)
We believe that the sign gifts associated with the early Church have ceased. However, we believe that God still works miracles in response to the Believer's personal faith, according to His sovereign will.
We believe that true obedience is plainly manifested in the Believer's life by his rejection of sin and all sinful practices, thereby glorifying God in his lifestyle.
We believe that the manifestation of the nine-fold fruit of God's indwelling Spirit is the undeniable evidence of true salvation and a faithful, God-honoring walk. (Galatians 5:22, 23)
